Come home to your body in this gentle, nature-inspired somatic yoga series designed to support nervous system regulation and inner safety.
Through breath, mindful movement, grounding practices, and the healing energy of the natural world, you’ll learn to slow down, reconnect with your inner rhythms, and find steadiness from within.
Each class includes a gentle flow sequence blended with restorative postures, offering space to soften, release stored tension, and build the inner resources needed to move through life with more resilience, presence, and peace.
We’ll close each class with Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation practiced in savasana that invites deep relaxation of the body, mind, and spirit.
Whether you’re moving through stress, navigating overwhelm, or simply craving a deeper connection to your body and breath—this series invites you to remember what it means to feel safe, rooted, and whole.

With over 10 years of experience, Stacie will guide you through every class, offering modifications for beginners and challenges for those looking to level up. No matter your experience, you’ll feel supported and empowered every step of the way!

FLOATING MEDITATION


No prior aerial experience needed – you’ll be safely cocooned in the silks for your floating savasana. Immerse yourself in the soothing realm of yoga nidra for our guided meditation, calming the nervous system, improving sleep, and awakening creativity.
