RETURN TO SELF SESSIONS

When you’ve been holding it together for a long time, parts of us begin to disconnect in order to cope. 

One part may be asking for rest while another pushes harder. 

One part longs for freedom while another stays braced for safety.

Over time, this internal tension can leave us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in survival mode.  

Return to Self Sessions are a space to slow down, listen inward, and gently reconnect with the parts of yourself asking to be seen.

Through a blend of somatic awareness, nervous system support, gentle parts work, breathwork and yoga nidra, we begin creating safety within the body – not just to regulate symptoms, but to uncover what your system has been holding beneath the surface. 

As protective parts soften and connection deepens, the nervous system no longer has to work so hard to keep you safe and secure.

This work supports you in building greater self-trust, emotional resilience, inner steadiness, and the capacity to move through life feeling more whole, grounded, alive, and free.  

Hi, I’m Stacie

For years, I lived from my mind — pushing, striving, holding it all together—until my body told me it couldn’t keep up.

On the outside, I looked capable. But underneath, parts of me felt disconnected, exhausted, overwhelmed, and constantly bracing.

Through somatic work, I began reconnecting with myself in a completely different way. I learned that healing isn’t about forcing ourselves to be calm or endlessly fixing what’s “wrong”. It’s about creating enough safety within the body to listen inward, understand our protective patterns, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that long to feel free, alive, and fully present again.

This work changed the way I move through life. 

Now, through Return to Self Sessions, I guide others through somatic awareness, nervous system support, gentle parts work, breathwork, and yoga nidra – helping them reconnect within, build self-trust, and reclaim lost parts of themselves.

My approach blends lived experience with trauma-informed somatic practices, creating a grounded and compassionate space for healing, self-trust and reconnection.

My Approach

My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, somatic approach that supports real, lasting change. 

I integrate a personalized blend of somatic awareness, gentle parts work, breath-based practices and yoga nidra – creating a space where your body can begin to feel safe enough to slow down, process and reconnect. 

I am a trauma-informed yoga teacher with over 18 years of experience in the wellness space, and a certified Mind Body Coach through the Embody Lab. My work blends intuitive guidance with grounded, evidence-informed somatic practices. 

My training includes:

  • Somatic experiencing-informed practices

  • IFS-informed parts work

  • Polyvagal-informed nervous system regulation

  • Mindfulness and breath-based practices

  • CBT-informed integration tools

     

About the Sessions

Each session begins with grounding practices to help you connect to your body and create a sense of safety in the present moment. From there, we gently explore what’s beneath the surface  — burnout, self-doubt, fear, overwhelm, or a longing for change — using somatic awareness, breathwork, gentle parts work and/or yoga nidra to better understand the protective patterns your system has been holding.

I’ll guide you with compassion and presence, helping you listen inward, build self trust, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounded, steady, and sustainable.

You’ll leave each session feeling more centered, supported, and connected to yourself. Over time, this work can help you build greater resilience, inner safety, emotional clarity, and the capacity to move through life with more steadiness and freedom.

Return to Self Sessions

Begin with a single Return to Self Session, or choose an ongoing package for deeper support, integration and transformation over time. Rather than approaching each session as a stand-alone experience, ongoing containers allow us to gently explore recurring patterns, protective responses, and disconnected parts of self with greater intention, safety, and continuity. 
As trust and connection deepen over time, this work creates space for greater self-awareness, nervous system safety, emotional integration, and lasting change. 
RETURN TO SELF SESSION - $150 + gst

This 60-minute 1:1 session is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what your body and nervous system may be holding beneath the surface.

Each session is personalized to what’s present that day and may include somatic awareness, grounding practices, breath work, gently parts work, and/or yoga nidra. 

Together, we’ll create space to better understand protective patterns, build inner safety, and reconnect with the parts of yourself longing for greater steadiness, clarity, freedom, and self-trust.

You may leave feeling more grounded, supported, connected to yourself, and more aware of what your body needs most in this season.

This is a supportive place to begin if you’re navigating stress, overwhelm, burnout, emotional exhaustion, self-doubt, or a deeper longing for change and reconnection.

Once you book, you’ll receive access to schedule your sessions at times that work for you. Sessions are held via Zoom in a calm, supportive space. 

RETURN TO SELF - 3 SESSION PACKAGE - $420 + gst

This 3 session container is designed to support deeper self-awareness, inner safety, and reconnection through consistent, ongoing support. 

Together, we being exploring the protective patterns, emotions, and nervous system responses that may be keeping you stuck  – while gently building greater steadiness, self-trust, and connection to yourself.

Working together over multiple sessions allows space for deeper integration, intentional support, and lasting change to unfold at a pace that feels grounded and sustainable. 

This is a supportive place to begin if you’re ready for more consistency, guidance, and care as you reconnect with yourself.

This 6-session container is for the woman who is ready to go deeper — to move beyond simply coping and begin reconnecting with herself in a more grounded, supported, and authentic way.

Over time, we gently explore the protective patterns, nervous system responses, emotional wounds, and disconnected parts of self that may be keeping you stuck. Through somatic awareness, parts work, breath work, and nervous system support, we being creating space for greater safety, self-trust, integration, and lasting change. 

This longer container allows for deeper continuity between sessions, more intentional support, and the ability to move at a pace that truly honours your body and nervous system.

This is a beautiful option if you know you’re ready for deeper support, meaningful transformation, and a more sustained healing journey.
